I already have a job, so can I be an advisor in my off-time?

Absolutely. One of our requirements is that you do have a job.  Some advisors make more than $150/day from pheedbac sessions before work, after work, or during their lunch hour.

How much will I get paid?

We factor in your experience level, industry, role, and eventually your ratings.

What is my commitment as an advisor?

You choose when you advise, based on you’re availability.  We take care of all the scheduling and will send you a calendar invite and reminders of upcoming sessions. 

How many mentees can I have?

Sessions are 45-minutes each, so plan accordingly.  We advise starting small, and growing your clientele base accordingly.

Will my personal information be shared?

No, the only information we share is your first name, job history, and a bio that you may provide.

Why do we want your personal info?   

It’s important that we review each advisor candidates background to ensure the integrity and quality of our advisors. 

What tools do I need to use?

Certainly, a phone, as that is how you’ll be conducting sessions.  We also advise using a calendar to keep track of your sessions.

How will I be paid?

Advisors get paid per each confirmed completed session.  Money is deposited into your account each week automatically or you can cash out instantly with Express Pay.

What happens if the person doesn't show up for the call?

We reschedule.  If they miss twice, we permanently disable their account.
